Dear Sirs !

Founders and organizers express their respect and have honour to invite you to take part in the International Festival of Fashion "Fashion-2003".
The festival will take place from November, 15 till November, 16, 2003 in the Palace of Republic, Tiraspol, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
This competition is carried out by Commercial and Industrial firm "Intercentre Lux" together with Ministry of Education of PMR.
The purpose of competition is creation of conditions for demonstration of art of fashion designers, individual vision of modern lines of fashion before experts, the wide public, potential employers, representatives of mass media.
Winners of competition will be awarded with valuable prizes.
Solemn ceremony of winners rewarding will take place on November, 16. Heads of the state, the ministries and departments, local authorities, the businessmen, popular actors and other guests of honour will take part in ceremony of rewarding.
